Please pay the delivery driver in cash upon receiving the product. Cash on delivery fees will be borne by the customer.

- For cash on delivery amounts exceeding 500,000 yen, a delivery fee of 50,000 yen + tax will be charged in addition to the cash on delivery fee.
- Delivery by cash on delivery is not available if the package size exceeds the handling size (total of three sides within 260 cm, weight within 50 kg).
- Some products may take time to manufacture. Please check the shipping period announced after the order is received.
- If a receipt is required, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Product Delivery Period
For purchases from the collection: Approximately within 1 month after the order is received.
For custom orders: As it is made to order, the shipping period will be announced after the order is received.
Shipping Fees
For purchases from the collection
Delivery is free of charge.
For custom orders
Orders over 30,000 yen (excluding tax) will be delivered free of charge.* For large items exceeding a total size of 160 cm, delivery will be made using a home delivery service, and the delivery fee will be charged separately. The amount varies depending on the delivery area and size, which will be notified individually at the time of order.
For orders under 30,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping fees will be charged based on the delivery area and package size.

- For small order quantities, shipping by mail is also available (delivery to the postal box without a receipt stamp). Please request this at the time of order.
About Delivery
Products will be delivered via courier (Sagawa Express). In some cases, products may be delivered via Yamato Transport. If installation by us is required, we will deliver directly (installation fee will be charged separately).
For made-to-order products, delivery may take time. We will contact you after receiving the order to confirm the shipping period.
For International Shipments
Please first inform us of the product you wish to order via email.
We will inform you of the total amount including the product price and shipping fees, along with the delivery period.
After confirming the payment amount and delivery period, please place your official order.
Once the product is ready, we will contact you via email, and please transfer the payment to the specified bank account (the amount in yen converted at the exchange rate on the payment date).
We will ship the product once the payment is confirmed.
- The customer will bear the remittance fee.
- The customer will also bear any customs duties, import taxes, and other costs that may arise locally (such as customs inspections, additional application fees for import customs clearance, additional storage fees incurred during customs clearance).
- As the products are handmade, cancellation after the official order (including refusal to receive or refusal to pay customs duties) is not possible.
- If the package is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days.
Returns
Returns are generally not possible for made-to-order products.
Conditions for Returns
Exchanges will be made in case of damage during delivery. Please contact us within 3 days after the product arrival.
For Defective Products
While we take the utmost care in our products, should there be any defective product, please contact us. We will take care of repairs, exchanges, etc.

Personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) provided by customers will not be used for any purpose other than shipping, nor will it be transferred or used by any third party.
